Secreted away down the same little side street used in the opening sequence of Harry Potter and tucked beneath The Phoenix Theatre lies The Phoenix Artist Club, our charming escape from the London norm.
Our lively and nostalgic theatre bar & Restaurant is located in the original dressing and rehearsal rooms of The Phoenix Theatre where Laurence Olivier made his debut on stage in the 1930s in "Private Lives" with Noel Coward and Gertrude Lawrence.
With fascinating signed posters, paintings and pictures from decades of theatre productions, a restored art deco interior and hidden treasures lurking in every corner, there's something new to see on every visit, and you never know who might decide to give an impromptu performance!
Recently voted the 'Restaurant of the Year', The Phoenix Artist Club is the perfect destination for a dedicated evening and for pre theatre dining from 5pm 'til 7pm with two courses for just £17.95 including a glass of prosecco Click to view Our Pre Theatre Menu & Click to view our La Carte Menu
We are now taking bookings for the Christmas season. View our menu here and to discuss please email peter.dunbar@phoenixartistclub.com

It's nothing but positive feedback from Bookatable by Michelin UK following their visit to our relaunched restaurant:

"The smooth cauliflower mousse and crispy carrots created a perfect accompaniment to the subtle scallop..."

"The duck was cooked to perfection. The crispy skin was gorgeous and it was tender and succulent on the inside."

"Not sure if you can tell, but I loved it! So much so, I’ve already taken my friends back for a West End Singalong session…"
